Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a patient, customer-obsessed leader to hire, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Architects focused on Medical Technology customers in the US HealthCare and Life Sciences space.

You will guide architectural designs, govern large-scale migrations, and collaborate with sales and service teams to accelerate time-to-market for regulated medical devices and connected care solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, technical pre-sales, product development, or customer facing resources experience.
• 7+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar.
• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting strategic MedTech customers across devices and diagnostics.
• Set and drive technical strategy for the MedTech segment, including large-scale migrations and IoT.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects to build AWS depth and domain knowledge.
• Partner with Sales on account strategy, prioritize engagements, and drive revenue and adoption.
• Create scalable guidance such as reference architectures and workshops.
• Bridge customers, AWS service teams, and Support to influence the product roadmap.
• Communicate with executives and lead strategic business discussions.
• Represent AWS in the MedTech community through briefings and conferences.
