You will design architectures for regulated workloads, migrations, and modern cloud platforms that help patients and providers. • Lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting strategic MedTech customers, including leaders in medical devices, diagnostics, surgical robotics, and connected health.
• As a key member of the HCLS Solutions Architecture leadership team, set and drive technical strategy for the MedTech segment, including migrations, IoT platforms, SaMD, AI, and supply chain resilience.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects from internal and external sources; build AWS depth and medical device domain knowledge.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to drive revenue, adoption, and market share for AWS.
• Create scalable ways to deliver technical guidance, such as reference architectures, workflows, workshops, and enablement.
• Act as a link between customers, AWS service teams, and Support; bring MedTech needs into the AWS roadmap.
• Communicate with senior leaders; write strategic documents and represent AWS in external forums and conferences.
