Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mgr, Solutions Architecture for US Healthcare and Life Sciences in Boston. You will lead a team of Solutions Architects serving MedTech customers, developing technical strategy and overseeing large migrations and regulated workloads.

You will hire, coach, and grow talent, partner with Sales and Business Development, and represent AWS with executives, customers, and industry partners. This role requires deep domain knowledge and customer obsession.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in sales, technical pre-sales, product development, or customer-facing roles.
• 7+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects or similar roles.
• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects supporting MedTech customers; drive revenue and adoption.
• Set and drive technical strategy for the MedTech segment; oversee large migrations and modernizations.
• Hire, onboard, and develop architects; build AWS technical depth and domain knowledge.
• Partner with Sales/BizDev on account strategy and resourcing to drive market share.
• Create scalable guidance: reference architectures, patterns, workshops, enablement.
• Act as link between customers, AWS teams, and roadmap; communicate with executives.
