Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Orthopaedics Early Intervention, based in the Mid-Atlantic or Southeast regions. You will manage strategic accounts, lead pricing and contracting, and coordinate with Marketing and Market Access teams while traveling up to 40%.

You will drive sales across hospitals, clinics, and IDNs, building enduring partnerships that deliver clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
• Strong negotiation and contract planning skills.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, GPOs and IDNs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing to implement tailored strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Travel up to 40% to cover assigned geographies.
