Job summary

BD is seeking Field Service Engineers to support the Pyxis automated dispensing system across the Florida region, including DoD and DHA facilities. The role combines remote and on-site technical support with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance, requiring regular travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and calibrations.
Document service activities and time logs in approved tools.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams.
