Job summary

BD invites experienced Field Service Engineers to join our team supporting the Pyxis line of automated dispensing systems. You will work both remotely and on-site across assigned territories, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in field service or technical support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% with the security clearance for government facilities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of field service or technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software components with full case ownership.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and calibrations.
• Document service activities and time logs accurately.
