Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for automated dispensing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, calibrations, and general technical support.
• Document service activities, expenses, and time logs using approved tools.
• Coordinate with Sales and Implementation teams to support deployments and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with MDR and service procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and product lines.
• Travel as required and maintain readiness for 24x7 on-call service.
