Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences MedTech Practice seeks a commercial transformation leader to grow and shape the MedTech Commercial business. You will define market strategy, cultivate C-suite relationships, and position Accenture as the preferred partner for commercial reinvention across the MedTech ecosystem.

You will lead client engagements, shape compelling propositions, and help clients deploy AI, redesign operating models, and optimize go-to-market strategies in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of MedTech commercial experience including sales, marketing, or related operations.
• 10+ years in commercial and marketing continuums from strategy to execution.
• 8+ years in at least one area: cardiovascular, surgery, diabetes, diagnostics, digital health, or adjacent fields.
• 5+ years of consulting with strong delivery, business development, and client origination.
• 5+ years building senior client relationships independently and converting them into revenue.
• 5+ years applying or selling AI, data, or digital solutions within a commercial context.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in MedTech commercial strategy, customer engagement, AI, digital health, commercialization, or revenue transformation.
• Experience developing market propositions, industry offerings, intellectual property, or commercial growth platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage business development pipeline of new client engagements across the MedTech industry.
• Develop C-suite and VP-level client relationships, positioning Accenture as a long-term strategic partner.
• Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign, sales excellence, omnichannel engagement, and enablement.
• Partner with clients to evaluate, design and scale AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and field productivity.
• Develop business cases and value realization roadmaps quantifying revenue growth and productivity improvements.
• Shape propositions connecting Accenture’s capabilities to client challenges.
• Advance Accenture's MedTech commercial growth through thought leadership and events.
• Build relationships with clients, technology partners, industry associations, and academic institutions.
• Lead global consulting teams delivering commercial and marketing engagements.
