Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences MedTech Practice is seeking a senior leader to grow and shape the MedTech Commercial business, defining market strategy, building client relationships, and driving AI-enabled growth across strategy, technology, and operations.

You will lead global teams, develop propositions, travel up to 75%, and mentor junior talent while delivering measurable revenue growth and commercial transformation for MedTech clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of MedTech commercial experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial and marketing continuums from strategy to execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a track record of delivery and client origination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage business development pipeline of new client engagements across the MedTech industry.
• Develop C-suite and VP-level client relationships and position Accenture as a long-term partner.
• Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign and omnichannel engagement.
• Partner with clients to evaluate and scale AI and analytics to improve decision-making and field productivity.
• Develop business cases and value realization roadmaps for revenue growth.
• Shape and pitch propositions connecting Accenture's capabilities to client challenges.
• Build Accenture's market position through thought leadership and executive engagement.
• Lead global teams delivering engagements across MedTech segments.
