AI fluency and industry leadership are central as you lead engagements, develop propositions, and mentor teams to deliver measurable business outcomes across commercial strategy, marketing, and go-to-market transformations.

Qualifications

12+ years MedTech commercial experience including sales, marketing or ops.
10+ years in commercial/marketing from strategy to execution.
8+ years in cardiovascular, surgery, diabetes, diagnostics, digital health, or adjacent fields.
5+ years consulting with delivery, business development and client origination.
5+ years building senior client relationships and revenue.
5+ years applying AI, data or digital solutions in a commercial context.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage a pipeline of MedTech engagements across OEMs and digital health.
Develop C-suite relationships, positioning Accenture as a strategic partner.
Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign and sales excellence.
Partner to scale AI and analytics for better commercial decision-making and field productivity.
Develop business cases and value realization roadmaps for revenue growth.
Shape offerings and IP to support MedTech commercial growth.
