Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, Reno NV). You will drive commercialization within the territory, lead quarterly business plans, and build strategic plans to grow capital equipment sales and disposable revenue.

You will engage physicians and economic buyers, lead product and clinical discussions, and coordinate installation readiness, training, and adoption with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales; 4+ years for senior placement.
• 2+ years capital equipment sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical product information and economic value to physicians/economic buyers.
• Strong business planning, forecasting, opportunity management.
• Experience in urology/endourology preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Regulated environment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to hit capital system sales and disposable revenue targets.
• Build strategic territory plan with segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms with sales leadership.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and launch support with Clinical Representatives and partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals.
• Partner with Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on education and growth strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products and market trends.
• Operate in compliance with policies and quality requirements.
