Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology, to cover the Capital Corridor Territory (SC, NC, VA, DC) and ideally be based out of North Carolina. The role will be based in Santa Clara, CA with candidates located west of the bay, delivering procedural support and education to surgeons and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 5+ years.
• Clinical, medical device sales or procedural support experience required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through education, training and service.
• Support account development to drive utilization of systems and disposables.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership to align objectives and referral development.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for issues and reporting.
• Develop expert product knowledge of kidney stone treatment workflows and related solutions.
• Deliver professionalism, service and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead sales activities to ensure products are in stock to support procedures.
