Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to drive commercialization in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, and Reno, NV). You will build territory plans, lead clinical discussions, and partner with leadership to achieve growth through capital sales and procedures.

You will travel extensively, develop relationships with physicians and economic buyers, and coordinate post-sale launches with Clinical Representatives and service partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare/medical device sales or B2B sales; 4+ years for senior placement.
• 2+ years of capital equipment or complex medical sales preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information to physicians and buyers.
• Strong planning, forecasting, opportunity management and account strategy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding pathways.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support Monarch Urology evaluation and adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, program terms, and strategies for customer outcomes.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and launch support with Clinical Representatives and service partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals and drive long-term utilization.
• Partner with Regional Director and Clinical Representative on account development and utilization growth strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone workflows, and market trends.
• Operate in compliance with quality requirements and company policies.
