Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology in the Allegheny Territory. The role covers PA, WV, NY, NJ, DE, and parts of OH, with extensive travel.

You will lead capital equipment and consumable sales, build strategic plans, engage physicians and economic buyers, and drive adoption of Monarch Urology through clinical demos and value-based discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare, medical device sales, or B2B sales; 4+ years for senior placement.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and communicate technical product information to physicians/economic buyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding pathways.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, program terms, and strategies that support customer outcomes.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption plans with Clinical Representatives and service partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving long-term utilization and satisfaction.
