Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology, covering KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN and North MS. The role drives commercialization for robotic urology systems, working with physicians, admins, and economic buyers to expand adoption.

Based in a field role with significant travel, you will develop quarterly plans, lead demonstrations, and align with leadership on pricing and strategies while ensuring post-sale support and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years in healthcare or medical device sales; 4+ years for senior placement.
• 2+ years in capital equipment or complex medical sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical product information and economic value to physicians.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate in hospital/ASC settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly plans for capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposables.
• Build strategic territory plans with segmentation, funnel and forecasts.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, and economic buyers.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions for Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and coordinate pricing and terms with leadership.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness and training with partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on referral education and utilization growth.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology products and market trends.
• Operate in compliance with all policies and healthcare regulations.
