Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is seeking a patient services professional to deliver a concierge level of service to patients in a fast-paced med-spa environment in Florida. The role includes managing a multi-line phone system, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and performing data entry into the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology; plastic surgery/Med-Spa terminology a plus.
• Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus).
• Strong computer and organizational skills; multitasking ability.
• Ability to work well in a team; detail-oriented and organized.
• HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Providing a concierge level of service - making each encounter with our patients amazing.
• Managing a multi-line phone system.
• Checking patients in/out.
• Collecting payments for services rendered.
• Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
• Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.
