Job summary

Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Florida is seeking a full-time front desk receptionist to deliver concierge-level service to patients and manage a multi-line phone system. You will check patients in/out, collect payments, and ensure accurate data entry in the EHR.

The role requires strong organizational skills and teamwork in a fast-paced aesthetic practice. Qualifications include customer service experience, medical terminology familiarity, and EHR exposure; the team values empathy,

Qualifications

• 3 years customer service (preferred).
• 2 years medical terminology (preferred).
• 3 years computer skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level service to patients and ensure a positive encounter.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and schedule coordination.
• Check patients in/out and collect payments for services.
• Enter data and scan documents into the EHR system.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed/cancelled visits.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Providing a concierge level of service - making each encounter with our patients amazing.
• Managing a multi-line phone system.
• Checking patients in/out.
• Collecting payments for services rendered.
• Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
• Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.

Essential Skills And Abilities

• Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med-Spa terminology a plus!
• Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus)
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
• Highly dependable.
