Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Florida is seeking a front desk receptionist to deliver a concierge level of service to patients, manage a multi-line phone system, check patients in and out, and support scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone etiquette and communication required.
• General medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (Nextech experience a plus) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a concierge level of service to patients and ensure amazing encounters.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently.
• Check patients in and out and scan documents into the electronic health record.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule.
