Job summary

Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Florida seeks a full-time front desk/medical receptionist to deliver concierge-level patient service, manage a multi-line phone system, and handle check-ins, payments, and data entry into the electronic health record (Nextech experience a plus).

Ideal candidates have 3 years of customer service, 2 years of medical terminology, and 3 years of computer skills, with HIPAA confidentiality and empathetic patient care as core requirements.

Qualifications

• Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med-Spa terminology a plus.
• Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus).
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
