Qualifications

• Experience leading a healthcare facility or similar business with 10+ employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or health services administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and administration.
• Liaise with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure service quality.
• Manage budgets, billing, staffing, and procedures to optimize care.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; monitor performance and compliance.
