Responsibilities

• Organizes and manages the operation of the clinic/department to assure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Directs staffing, including hiring, coverage, and timecards; provides orientation and performance feedback.
• Meets with practice manager and physicians; resolves patient complaints and communicates with staff.
