The Institute of Complementary Medicine (ICM) seeks a hands-on Clinic Manager to lead daily operations on-site in Seattle, supporting front desk and clinical staff. The role emphasizes staff development, patient experience, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory healthcare experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with EMR and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience directly supervising staff in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, and front desk coverage.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and scheduling; arrange coverage for call-outs and gaps.
• Directly supervise front desk and non-clinical staff; support onboarding and training.
• Escalate significant employee relations or hiring decisions to leadership rather than acting unilaterally.
• Address patient concerns not related to billing or insurance and monitor service quality.
