You will lead clinics with emphasis on strategic planning, financial oversight, and provider collaboration, ensuring compliant, high‑quality service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and performance management skills to optimize staff and workflows across multiple clinics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare operations/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing provider productivity, financial performance, and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned clinics, ensuring alignment with Island Health goals, objectives, policies, and values.
• Establish, implement, and evaluate goals, procedures, and systems that promote exemplary customer service, efficiency, productivity, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Lead operational planning initiatives and bring knowledge of healthcare industry and best practices to support service line growth and improvement.
• Direct Clinic Supervisors and Leads in staff scheduling, daily operations, training, workflow management, and performance expectations.
• Manage complex operational issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance patient and employee experience.
• Partner with leaders across departments to optimize resources, workflows, and patient care delivery.
