Job summary

Eyehealth Northwest (EHN) seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to plan and manage operations across front and back office and facilities, ensuring efficient use of staff and resources and high-quality patient care.

Under the physician group and Director of Operations, you will implement goals, policies, and programs, hire and train staff, supervise performance, coordinate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a medical clinic preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinic operations, including front office, back office and facility maintenance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and communication with employees; organize regular clinic meetings.
• Foster teamwork among staff and physicians to ensure optimum patient experience.
• Plan, coordinate and review department structures; monitor processes and procedures.
• Manage facility maintenance and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement staff training programs and professional development.
• Ensure protection of confidential patient information; HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
