Job summary

SkinSpirit Bellevue is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the clinic team and operations with a focus on exceptional client experience and culture. The role partners with leadership to drive growth while maintaining service excellence across all clinic activities.

You will drive staffing, workflow, and performance in a fast-paced aesthetic skincare environment, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with all standards. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Bellevue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/ GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical/spa luxury retail hospitality or similar.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset for employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability; adapt to unexpected situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the clinic team, articulating priorities and energizing the team towards shared goals.
• Manage daily clinic operations: scheduling, feedback, inventory, revenue, and administrative duties.
• Ensure the clinic adheres to highest standards of client service, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
• Support staff development through 1:1s, coaching, and training.
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
