Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Navigator, reviewing medication lists, obtaining refills, coordinating MTM interventions, and communicating with providers to improve adherence and reduce gaps in therapy. You will work with community pharmacies, document care delivered, and participate in regulatory compliance.

A high school diploma and nationally certified tech status (PTCB/NHA) are required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication and related issues.
• Written and verbal communication that is clear, concise, professional.

Responsibilities

• Reviews medication lists to improve adherence and reduce barriers.
• Obtains refills and facilitates new prescriptions for members.
• Coordinates MTM interventions and communicates treatment plans with providers.
• Monitors member medication adherence with community pharmacies.
• Performs patient health assessments to identify barriers to adherence.
• Handles member and provider communications by phone or in person when needed.
