Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication issues.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) or licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to promote adherence and avoid barriers to therapy.
• Facilitate refills and new prescriptions; coordinate appointments and access for financially impacted members.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with pharmacists and external partners; communicate treatment plans to providers.
