Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic health care needs, while maintaining a positive dining and living environment for residents. 40-hour full-time schedule, day shift, Canistota, SD.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within scope of practice.
• Document care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary outcomes; communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and range of motion exercises; support wellness and recreation programs.
