Jack Schroeder and Associates, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative for the Eastern Territory based in Fort Myers, FL. The role focuses on recruiting and supporting independent agents and agencies to grow Medicare, health and ancillary product sales.

You will train partners, manage relationships, drive business through meetings, and coordinate onboarding with carriers, with up to 50% travel. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

• Provide advanced training to agency principals, downlines and independent agents.
• Marketing strategies and co-op management for sales activities.
• Resolve contract, commission, enrollment and service issues that may arise.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and maintain relationships with independent agents and agencies in the territory.
• Help develop partners and increase sales in Medicare, health, life and ancillary products.
• Serve as first contact for agency principals, their downline, and independent agents.
• Recruit new insurance agents to sell our Medicare health plans.
• Assist agents with appointments and onboarding with carriers we represent.
• Assess and track agent production within your territory.
• Provide novice and advanced levels of training to our insurance plans and tools.
• Ensure that existing JSA agent partners are appointed and certified to sell in your territory.
• Travel up to 50% in the assigned territory.
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with agents to drive business.
• Proactively resolve contract, commission, enrollment, and service issues that arise.
