Job summary

Jack Schroeder and Associates, LLC in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Sales Representative for the Eastern Territory to recruit, develop and support independent agents in Medicare, health, life and ancillary products.

You will be the main contact for agency principals, onboard new agents, train on plans and tools, track agent production and drive growth through meetings and proactive issue resolution. Travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with independent agents and agencies.
• Knowledge of Medicare, health, life and ancillary products.
• Ability to train agents on plans and tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, establish and maintain relationships with independent agents and agencies in the Eastern Territory.
• Serve as the first line of contact for Insurance agency principals and their downline.
• Recruit new Insurance agents to JSA to sell Medicare health plans.
• Assist agents with onboarding processes with carriers.
• Assess and track agent production within territory.
• Provide novice and advanced training to our insurance plans and tools.
• Ensure agents are appointed and certified to sell in territory.
• Network and plan with referral sources in the senior market.
