CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy. You will work horizontally across technology teams, coordinate with Aetna lines of business, and drive vendor management, AI enablement operations, and operating & capital expense management.

You will connect priorities, establish common governance, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to scale

Formación

7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
Project management experience.
Strategy experience in healthcare.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

Own Medicare Technology vendor operations, including vendor inventory, onboarding, performance, renewals, risk, and value realization.
Lead horizontal initiatives across Medicare Technology and align with Procurement.
Improve operating model with common processes, governance, decision rights, operating rhythms, and performance measures.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
