CVS Health seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model. You will work horizontally across technology teams, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Security, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to improve execution and scale initiatives.

In this role you will own Medicare Technology vendor operations, manage AI portfolio governance, and oversee operating and capital expense planning, aligning with initiative owners for

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Project management background with healthcare domain exposure.
• Strategy experience in healthcare and regulatory familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across teams.
• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations including onboarding and risk.
• Partner with AI Enablement to manage the portfolio and governance workflows.
• Oversee operating and capital expense planning and coordination with Finance.
• Lead horizontal initiatives and connect priorities across an organization.
