TALENT Software Services is seeking a Triage & Enrollment Coordinator to support the Medicare sales team by triaging calls for enrollment into new plans. The role focuses on telephonic enrollments, accurate data entry, and strong collaboration with sales and support teams.

The position requires handling high call volumes, working extended hours including weekends, and providing essential admin support to ensure timely responses and smooth processing of applications.

Responsibilities

• Triage and enroll callers into Medicare plans over the phone.
• Support telephonic enrollments in a call center environment and input data accurately.
• Coordinate with sales teams and possibly producers; provide admin support.
• Handle incoming calls from prospective members and identify sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and missing information.
• Process telephonic applications following approved scripts and coordinate with departments.
