Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors in the Fort Wayne area through community events and direct outreach. You will build relationships, generate leads, and support the center's growth by connecting with the community and prospective patients.

You'll work with the CRM system, coordinate with the Community Relationship Manager and other OE team members, and adapt tactics to local neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus and ability to build relationships with community members.
• Proven prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and event-based outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
• US work authorization is required; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors via events and community outreach.
• Maintain CRM and marketing program knowledge by attending scheduled meetings.
• Prospect and cold-call to new leads; nurture prospects via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation.
• Record customer information and sales activity in CRM; be point of contact for clinical/center staff.
• Resolve concerns of prospects and patients by guiding them to the right Oak Street Health resource.
