Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors and convert them into patients within the local community. You will work closely with Outreach Managers and CRM to drive new patient growth in your assigned territory.

The role emphasizes lead generation through events and outreach, with proactive calling and multi-channel prospecting. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage Medicare seniors and convert them to Oak Street Health patients.
• Generate leads via events and local community outreach.
• Maintain CRM knowledge and update sales activity in systems.
• Prospect and cold call to new leads and nurture prospects via email/phone.
• Collaborate with CRM, other OEs, and managers to drive local lead growth.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with prospects to drive patient growth in territory.
