Job summary

Oak Street Health in Des Moines is seeking an Outreach Executive I to build relationships with Medicare seniors and engage them as potential patients. This role collaborates with Outreach Managers and the CRM to drive local patient growth and requires strong communication and multi-channel outreach across events and digital channels.

The OE will manage prospect engagement, coordinate with the CRM, and support the team to achieve growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to build relationships with prospective patients.
• Proven lead generation and multi-channel outreach skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in diverse communities.
• Ability to coordinate events and community engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through local events and community outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and programs through scheduled meetings.
• Prospect and cold-call to prospects and new leads; expand through digital channels.
• Nurture prospects via email, phone and networking to convert to patients.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives and managers to drive local lead generation.
