Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to engage Medicare seniors and convert them into patients. You will work with Outreach Managers to grow local patient growth through events and outreach in your territory.

You will generate leads, nurture relationships by email and phone, and capture activity in the CRM. Collaboration with centers and IAs will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
• Fluency in additional languages is valued where needed.
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Responsibilities

• Sales: generating leads by engaging Medicare seniors through events and local outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs through scheduled trainings.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads.
• Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Record customer information and activity in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with CRM team and managers to drive local lead generation.
• Serve as a point of contact for clinical and center teams.
• Resolve concerns and guide prospects or patients as needed.
