Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I to connect with Medicare seniors in the local community and convert them into patients. You will work with Outreach Managers and Directors to drive new patient growth in your territory, leveraging events and community outreach to generate leads.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cold outreach, and cross-functional collaboration with clinic teams and other outreach colleagues.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local outreach.
• Maintain sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn updates.
• Prospect and cold call to prospects and new leads assigned to you.
• Record customer information and sales activity into CRM and other business systems.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives and Outreach Manager/Director to drive local lead generation.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical/center teams and resolve concerns for prospects or patients.
