Oak Street Health is looking for an Outreach Executive I to build relationships with Medicare seniors and convert them into patients within the local community. You will work with Outreach Managers and Directors to drive new patient growth in your territory.

You will generate leads through events and community outreach, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the CRM/Outreach teams to achieve targets. Fluency in multiple languages and US work authorization are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medicare outreach or healthcare sales.
• Ability to build relationships with seniors.
