Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Outreach Executive I in the United States to engage Medicare seniors and convert them into patients within the local territory. You will work closely with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth and establish strong community connections.

The role emphasizes lead generation, relationship management, and collaboration across teams to ensure a positive patient experience and effective outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
• Comfortable navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Team player and contributor to overall team effectiveness.
• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Sales: generate leads through community outreach and event execution.
• Prospect and cold call to new leads; engage via email, phone, and networking.
• Maintain CRM and track sales activity across systems.
• Collaborate with CRM, other Outreach Executives, and managers to drive lead generation.
• Serve as liaison with clinical/center teams to address questions or concerns.
