Better Health Group seeks a Broker Liaison in Tulsa, OK to educate brokers and the community about Medicare Advantage while ensuring CMS marketing compliance. You will manage broker relationships, coordinate outreach plans, and support patient education within CMS guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare broker education or Medicare outreach, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Hybrid events and CRM tracking are part of daily work.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and CMS marketing guidelines
• HIPAA privacy and security obligations experience
• CRM proficiency for tracking outreach and events

Mansioni

• Build and maintain broker relationships across assigned markets
• Develop compliant outreach plans to educate patients on Medicare Advantage
• Coordinate with events teams for community education sessions
• Ensure CMS guidelines and Anti-Kickback compliance in all activities
• Document activities and maintain CRM records for territory insights
• Travel frequently within assigned markets as required
