Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to build and maintain compliant broker relationships, educate communities about Medicare options, and grow the organization’s educational footprint. You will coordinate events, track activities in CRM, and ensure CMS compliance while traveling across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products, CMS guidelines and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and Google Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships to support Medicare education and community awareness.
• Develop and execute compliant outreach plans across an assigned territory.
• Represent Better Health Group at local events and educational seminars.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and initial appointments.
• Document educational activities and broker interactions in CRM; report metrics.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute in all activities.
• Travel frequently within assigned markets (up to 75%).
