Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to build professional relationships with insurance brokers across assigned markets, educate Medicare beneficiaries, and promote our care model in full compliance with CMS guidelines. You will lead outreach, coordinate community events, document activities in CRM, and work with marketing and compliance teams to ensure educational, arm's-length interactions.

Requires 2+ years in insurance broker sales or Medicare outreach, a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance broker sales or Medicare outreach.
• Knowledge of CMS marketing guidelines.
• HIPAA privacy handling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships to support Medicare education and outreach.
• Educate broker partners on Better Health Group's care model and CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate educational events and track activities in CRM.
• Ensure communications are educational and arm's-length.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Compliance teams on territory strategy.
