Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent the company in the community and manage relationships with independent and captive brokers. You will educate brokers about our care model and how to navigate Medicare pathways, ensuring all activities comply with CMS guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in Medicare outreach or broker sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and CMS marketing guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard business apps (HubSpot, Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Broker Relationship Management: build and maintain professional broker relationships for Medicare education and community awareness.
• Serve as informational resource on Better Health Group's care model for patient education.
• Act as primary contact for broker inquiries, ensuring communications are educational and CMS-compliant.
• Develop and execute compliant outreach plans to support patient education and Medicare awareness.
• Track broker engagement and educational touchpoints in CRM to inform territory strategy.
• Support scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and appointments.
• Handle prospective patient information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
