Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent the organization in the community, build compliant relationships with insurance brokers, and support patient education about Medicare Advantage.

You will drive territory strategy, coordinate CMS-compliant educational events, and partner with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless patient journey while protecting HIPAA and Anti-Kickback rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and CMS marketing guidelines; HIPAA familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Broker relationship management and outreach in assigned territory.
• Educate brokers on Better Health Group's care model and CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate community events and educational seminars in a CMS-compliant manner.
• Track broker engagement and educational touchpoints in CRM to inform strategy.
