Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to build and maintain productive relationships with insurance brokers across an assigned territory. You will educate brokers and patients about Medicare Advantage and navigate CMS guidelines while working closely with internal teams to ensure compliant outreach and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in Medicare outreach or related healthcare fields, strong CRM skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of CMS Medicare marketing guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with HIPAA privacy and security obligations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and standard business apps.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain broker relationships to support Medicare education and community awareness.
• Serve as an informational resource on Better Health Group's care model for patient education.
• Act as primary broker contact ensuring educational, non-solicited communications.
• Ensure educational materials are used educationally, not for referrals or preferential treatment.
• Track broker engagement and educational touchpoints to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with events teams for compliant community outreach and CMS guidelines.
