Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to represent the organization in the community and manage relationships with insurance brokers across an assigned territory. You will collaborate with internal teams, track activity in HubSpot, and travel within markets as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of CMS marketing guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers to support Medicare education and community awareness.
• Develop compliant outreach plans within CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate educational events and materials for broker partners and patients.
