Better Health Group seeks a Broker Liaison to build and maintain professional relationships with insurance brokers, educating on Medicare options and our care model. The role focuses on compliant outreach within CMS guidelines and strong community engagement.

You will work to educate patients, coordinate events, and ensure HIPAA compliance while traveling across assigned markets. Requires 2+ years in related fields and proficiency with HubSpot and Google Suite.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage products and CMS marketing guidelines.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Suite.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Broker relationship management to educate on Medicare education and community awareness.
• Develop compliant outreach plans to support patient education and Medicare awareness.
• Track broker engagement and educational touchpoints in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing and Events teams to align outreach activities.
• Support scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and appointments.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security when handling patient information.
• Represent Better Health Group at local events and in senior-focused community settings.
• Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and Anti-Kickback Statute.
