Job summary

Better Health Group is seeking a Broker Liaison to build compliant relationships with insurance brokers and promote Medicare education within designated markets. You will serve as an educational resource, ensure CMS guidelines are followed, and act as the primary contact for broker inquiries while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Travel across assigned markets is required (up to 75%), with strong emphasis on community events, patient education, and collaboration with Marketing and Compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferred in marketing/business.
• 2+ years in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, or healthcare education.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS marketing guidelines, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Broker relationship management across independent and captive brokers to support Medicare education.
• Develop territory outreach plans and track activities within CRM systems.
• Coordinate community events and educational seminars compliant with CMS guidelines.
• Support patient scheduling and coordination for wellness exams and initial appointments.
• Collaborate with the Manager and internal teams to align goals and reporting.
• Document all broker interactions and events to demonstrate educational, arm's-length activity.
