Job summary

Better Health Group seeks a Broker Liaison to build relationships with insurance brokers, educate beneficiaries on Medicare and the company’s care model, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines.

The role requires active community outreach across a defined territory, tracking activities in CRM, and coordinating with marketing and clinical teams to support patient education and access to care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or related healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products, CMS marketing guidelines and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Proficiency with HIPAA privacy and security obligations and handling of prospective patient information.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Suite for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of brokers to support Medicare education and outreach.
• Develop and execute compliant territory outreach plans and track engagement and education activities in CRM systems.
• Participate in community events and educational seminars while adhering to CMS guidelines.
• Support scheduling and follow-up for patient wellness exams and initial appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on territory goals and reporting.
